Paper Round: Manchester United will have to pay record £80m for Harry Maguire

Manchester United will have to pay a world-record fee for a defender of £80 million if they want to sign Harry Maguire from Leicester City. It's Friday's Paper Round.

Man Utd will have to pay £80m for Maguire 
The Daily Star continue the Harry Maguire transfer saga on their back page. The report says that whilst Leicester are keen to keep Maguire and hope to sign him to a new deal they will demand a fee of £80 million if he is to join Manchester United. That fee would break the record for a defender which currently stands at the £75 million Liverpool paid Southampton for Virgil van Dijk. 

Real switch to Cavani 
The Mirror carry a report from AS that says that Real Madrid are directing their attention to Edinson Cavani in a bid to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. That might lead to them cooling their interest in Chelsea's Eden Hazard. 

Zinchenko to fight for City place 
The Mirror also carry quotes on Oleksandr Zinchenko saying that the youngster will stay and fight for his place at Manchester City. The Premier League champions have accepted a £16 million bid from Wolves for the Ukrainian, 21, but Zinchenko looks likely to stay. 

Villa to bring in Moreira from Atletico
The Mirror comes with a report that Aston Villa will bring in Andre Moreira from Atletico Madrid on loan, the first sign that Steve Bruce has the backing of the new owners.
