Man sold same plot of land to 3 different people in North Cyprus

A Turkish Cypriot man is currently under investigation for selling a plot of land in Girne to three different buyers at different time. Thought this only happens in Nigeria but nahhh it happens almost everywhere.

The accused Musa Ermemiş and his accomplice Serkan Karal, reportedly sold two plots of land in Girne in 2017 and later sold the same land to two other individuals with the same document receiving a total of 103,000 in the deal.

According to police investigation, the accused sold the two plot of land in Esentepe region in May 2017 to one buyer, and in July of the same year, he sold the same plot of land to another buyer, with the same title deed.

The man and his accomplice arrested and taken to a Girne court on charges of "document crumpling" and "fraud".
