Erdogan's program of visit to the TRNC

President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will be visiting the TRNC this evening and here is the program of his visit.

Erdogan who will arrive the TRNC on Tuesday evening will lay a wreath at Atatürk Monument in Lefkosa at 7:00pm where he will also sign the Memorial Private Book.

An official welcome ceremony will be held for the Turkish President at 7:15pm at the presidencial palace where he will meet the president of the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus, Mustafa Akıncı at 7:30pm.

Erdogan and Akıncı will after work hold a press conference at 9:00pm.

Erdoğan is expected to leave the island in the late hours of the night.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan who officially resume duty as Turkey's president on Monday after his election on 24 June, made his first visit to Azerbaijan today and then to the TRNC after Azerbaijan.
