Dangerous drug alert! poisonous substance capable of causing death circulating on the TRNC market, expert warns

Social Services Specialist Baris Başel has warned that a synthetic cannabionid, which contains several poisonous substance has been circulating on the market in recent days and that this unknown poison may lead to deaths even in a single use.

Social Services Expert Baris Başel who made the very important statements about drug use said a cannabionid type of drug containing different poisonous substance was in the last few days stolen from the market stating that what is unknown is that, this poison may lead to death even in a single use.

Barış Başel said that since about 2 weeks he has made this statement through the media to inform the general public and drug addicts about the dangers of the drug.

Barış Başel noted that the synthetic cannabionid drug substance, which contains a different poisonous substance might be very dangerous. He also noted that a mother of a drug user called for help on the issue on Saturday.

According to him, people who use this drug fainted because of it's toxic substance and warned that death may be the case in the coming days.

He pointed out that the chemicals in which they are made from could not be controlled because of the fact that the synthetic materials were produced in the laboratory environment and illegal.

He noted that drug dealers were not interested in the health of the users as they were only interested in making money.
