Alli has had a scan on his thigh strain, which he picked up just before half-time on Monday, and will not be risked. With Gareth Southgate not wanting to re-jig the side too much, it also means that Raheem Sterling could retain his place alongside Kane, with Marcus Rashford to start on the bench.
