Woman stabs 7-year-old son to death in Gonyeli

Tragedy struck in Gonyeli on Monday evening when a woman stabbed her 7-year-old son to death.

According police reports, the incident happened at their apartment at Ataturk road in Gönyeli at about 7:00pm on Monday.

The mother of the 7-year-old child identified as Bilge Lord Kunduracı, 36 reportedly stabbed her son on his abdominal area following an argument.

The child lost his life at the scene.

She was arrested and facing questioning by the police.

The 64-year-old grandfather of the boy, who could not stand the death of his grandchild fainted and was taken to the Lefkosa State hospital here he lost his life despite medical intervention.

What has this young innocent child done to deserve such??
