Two students arrested in Lefkosa for exam malpractice

Two students has been arrested for exam malpractice in a university in Lefkosa.

The two students identified as Mert Oktar and Hüseyin Can Gündüz were arrested last week in a university in Lefkosa.

According to report, one of the suspect reportedly entered the exam hall using the identity of the other student.

The report adds that the one of the student, Huseyin Can Gündüzoğulları, had made an agreement with his friend Mert Oktar to take his place as a substitute in the exam.

But luck ran out of Mert Oktar and Hüseyin Can Gündüz when the examiner detected the crime during identity check.

They were arrested and taken to court on charges of impersonation.

They were ordered by the court to remain in police custody for two days.
