Stranded man in Cyprus needs help

If you live around the Lefkosa area in North Cyprus, you might very well know this man especially those that uses the NEU and CIU buses. But seriously he needs help.

A social media user has called on the government, police, the public and well meaning citizens to help him in whatever capacity.

The social media user, a Turkish Cypriot through his Facebook page published a photo of the man asking for necessary help for him. 

First of all I would like to start by apologizing for publishing this photograph of a friend without permission, Dear Lefkosa people, Many of these poor maniacs have for years been in the same leather jacket even in the heat of the same Pantalon, I see you wandering aimlessly in a miserable way. I tried to help him talk to this guy for the first time but he is such a polite guy, always turn away ... I would like to ask from my beloved government government official yada police department authorities, yahu yok manu a remedy for this man ?? Will this guy get the attention of someone who died hungry for disease or other reasons like a street dog? Is this guy down ?! When you first arrive, you can not find a link from the school that you registered with the island, he wrote.

He has been living in the island for a long time and from all indication, he neither works nor study. He has actually been on the same clothes for almost a year or more now even during the cold winter period.

We can't ascertain if he actually have a place where he stays but from all indication he might be homeless.
