Rihanna chaired this year's Met Gala  held on Monday nigh along with Amal Clooney, Donatella Versace and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

And as one of the most hotly-anticipated attendees at the fashion event of the year, Rihanna did not disappoint as she arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday evening.

The 30-year-old channeled the Pope in a intricately beaded ensemble by Maison Margiela complete with mitre and cropped cope. For footwear, the Bajan beauty wore glittering gunmetal Louboutin heels with pearl straps.
