No Ebola case in the TRNC - TRNC Ministry of Health

The North Cyprus Ministry if Health has announced that there is no case or threat of the deadly Ebola virus in the TRNC and according to the Ministry, there was no danger of Ebola in the country, although the Infection Committee linked to the Ministry gathered that it was not a threat to the TRNC but all measures were taken for future purposes.

In a written statement made by the Ministry of Health on Monday, the World Health Organization reported that there were three Ebola cases in the Republic of Congo, which had never reported any cases in the past epidemic.

The Ministry of Health Infection Committee said despite all the possible prospects, all necessary measures were taken in order to avoid any epidemic.

There have been continuous meetings with the relevant authorities to take the investigations and measures in this regard and the consultations are continuing, but there is no danger of any Ebola case in the country; the statement said.

It is stated that despite the possibility that any epidemic that may occur in any countries may come to the TRNC, necessary precautions are taken.
