Man surrenders self to police after bag he stole got stuck to his head

Hahahahaha this can only happen in Africa..... This man from Tanzanian reportedly handed himself over to police after a bag he stole from an old woman got stuck on his head. cant stop laughing...

According to report, the man identified as Frank Buhet stole the bag from an old lady's package but unfortunately for him, after arriving his destination, he found out that he could no longer remove the load from his head. 

Now he needs the police to help out.

He hopes the police will assist him track down the old woman so she can free him from the spell.
