Man hit by a car in Lefkosa

A pedestrian trying to crossing a major road in Lefkosa on Tuesday afternoon was seriously injured after he was hit by a car.

According to media sources, the accident happened at about 15.45 on Tuesday afternoon in Lefkosa.

The victim who was about crossing the road was hit by the vehicle driver identified as Kudret, 31.

According to police report, the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit Mustafa Fahri Kar, 39.

Kara was injured in the accident and taken to the hospital for treatment.
