Heavy rain in Haspolat, CIU flooded

Like it was predicted that there would be a heavy rain fall over the weekend and yes the rain was really intense especially in Haspolat and Lefkosa causing massive flooding in the area.

It rained heavily in Hapsolat and Lefkosa on Saturday afternoon at about 4:00pm. One place that felt the impact of the rain was the Cyprus International University which was heavily flooded and also affected the ongoing Spring Festival which was supposed to end tonight.

Students had to take off their shoes to through flooded areas.
