Disturbing video shows moment a rottweiler viciously attacked a child

A child enjoying his afternoon has been attacked by a dog! The incident occured in Albania when a child while enjoying his walk was viciously attacked by a Rotweiler, in an incident that was caught on camera.

According to reports the dog dragged the child into the street before citizens intervened and saved the child from being mauled to death by the dog.
