Cyprus Weather Report: Heatwave hits Cyprus as temperatures set to reach 38 degrees!

Summer is here quite early! The first heatwave of the year is upon us and temperatures suggest its time to go to the beach.

According to the Cyprus Met Office temperatures are about to reach a season high of 38 degrees and remain at these levels though out the weekend.

Cyprus will welcome a spell of high pressure hence the high temperatures, while on Friday the weather was hot and in some areas temperatures rose to 38 degrees inland.

For the next few days the forecast suggests that temperatures will remain the same in most areas however some slight dust will make its way towards the island on Sunday.
