Yeşilırmak Strawberry festival/tour starts on Saturday

The Yeşilırmak – Yedidalga Producer Association’s ’13th Traditional Strawberry Festival’ starts on Saturday in North Cyprus.

According to the statement made by the Union, a procession will take place beginning at 10.30am in Yeşilırmak, followed by an opening ceremony at 11am.

The festival, which will include dance shows, concerts and competitions, will end with the 13th Traditional Strawberry Fairy Competition on Tuesday, May 1st.

Various universities in the island will also be embarking on a garden tour to observe the festival.
