One seriously injured in accident in Famagusta

One person was seriously injured in a traffic accident that happened at the Aşıklar road in Famagusta on Wednesday. 

According to police report, the accident happened at about 8:00am on Wednesday morning as the victim Seda Akkoyun, 21 was driving to Famagusta along the the Aşıklar road.

Police say the driver loss control of the vehicle due to carelessness and skid off the road track before throwing up in the air about 8 meters high and then crashing to the ground.

The car was badly damaged in the accident.

The car driver was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to the the Famagusta State Hospital.
