Germany remain top in latest FIFA world ranking, Nigeria in 47

Germany have retained their position at the top of the latest FIFA ranking for April released on Thursday and is closely followed by Brazil in second place, with Belgium in third after moving two place up.

Portugal and Argentina are in fourth and fifth while Switzerland, France, Spain, Chile and Poland complete the world ‘s top 10.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles moved up five spots from 52nd to 47th position on the latest FIFA world ranking for April.

The three-time African champions also moved up to the sixth spot in the continent.A total of 133 matches were taken into consideration by the football body in the latest ranking.
