Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) accredits the NEU and EUL Faculties of Engineering (Photos)

A team of seven delegates from the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) who arrived Cyprus last week on a working visit to the Near University and the European University Lefke have concluded the accreditation of the engineering faculties of these universities.

Last week Olomoinfo Blog brought you a report that the team who were received by students and staffs of these universities will inspect and accredit the Engineering faculties of these universities.

Following the week long inspection and accreditation of the engineering faculties of Near East Universtiy and European University of Lefke, the vice president of the body (COREN), Engr. Prof. Emmanuel Atoo Ajav, MNSE made it clear that students of any university that has not been accredited by COREN will not be given license to practice as engineers in Nigeria after graduation.
