Gist Time: Cyprus Landlords now ask for reference letter before you can rent their apartment

This is really a funny development.. Cyprus Landlords now ask for reference letter from previous landlords before they can allow you rent their apartment.... 

From Olomoinfo Blog point of view, this might be as a result of the attitude put up by tenants... 

In the past it has been reported that most tenants, hardly pay rents, bills, or replace damage properties while many are known for overcrowding the apartment and not maintaining it.
