Girne American University, (GAU), holds "African Night"

The Girne American University, (GAU), Girne has held it's "African Night" event amid fun and fanfare at the University Multi Cultural Center during the week .

The colorful event to showcase the rich African heritage, tradition and culture was held at the Multi Cultural Centre.

The event featured dance shows, drama, country-specific presentations, traditional parade and local songs.

Students who spoke about the event said the atmosphere was friendly and filled with fun.
