Clocks to go forward by 1-hour on Sunday Midnight

Ok guys it's been winter since October and come Sunday March 25, Daylight saving time will end as clocks will be put forward by one hour, so don't be caught unaware when this happens.

Daylight saving time will end on Sunday March, 25 at 1:00am after midnight.

This means that clocks will be will be put forward by one hour on Sunday.

1:00am will now be 2:00am. 

The hour changes on the last Sunday of March, while it changes again on the last Sunday of October. 

Daylight saving was used in order to save energy. It is estimated that during the 7 months of daylight saving we save 210 hours of electric power by utilising the sun rays. 

In Cyprus, daylight saving was instituted for the first time in 1975, and in particular from July 6 to September 1, when watches were set one hour ahead, an idea that was quickly abandoned.

So don’t forget on Sunday to turn your clocks an hour in front!
