Narcotics dog detects man with drug at Ercan airport in North Cyprus

A man was on Sunday evening arrested by the TRNC narcotic police at the Ercan Airport while trying to smuggle drug into the country. 

According to police report, the 23-year-old man identified with the initials H.O was arrested at 9:20pm after he was caught by a detector dog while entering the country.

A search was carried out on him and 4 grams of hintekin type drug and a black plastic containing grinded substance, believed to be drug remnants was found on him.
