Cyprus Weather: Temperatures to drop to as low as 6 degrees with rain expected in the next few days

Rain and storms are expected over the next two days as temperatures drops below 7 degrees, reports the North Cyprus Department of Meteorology.

  

According to a statement released by the Met office on Monday, covering the period between Tuesday, December, 5 to Monday, December, 11, the region will generally be affected by Low Pressure System, which will be cool and humid on the first day of the period and cold and humid on other days.

 
It will be mostly cloudy during the day, and partly cloudy during the morning hours on Tuesday while it will be partly cloudy on Wednesday along be occasional torrential or thunderstorms, while on the other days, it will be cloudy.

 
The highest temperature on the first day will be between 20-23 degrees and around 13-16 degrees in the other days.

The temperatures is also expected to drop to as low as 6-7 degrees.
