Cost of living in the TRNC increases

The cost of living in North Cyprus has increased by 1.31% reports financial analyst.

According to the report which reflects latest figures for the month of November, the cost of living has gone up by 12.78% since November last year.

The price of 357 goods included in the price index went up compared to the previous month while the price of 78 products or goods went down.

Also, a rise was recorded in 11 of the 12 main groups in the Consumer Price Index.

The highest price rise was recorded in education while the price of foods and non-alcoholic beverages went down by 0.78%.
