8 people including 3 Greek Cypriots arrested in Girne for drugs

Three Greek Cypriots, one Syrian and four Egyptians were arrested in Girne in an operation carried out Narcotics police on Wednesday.

 According to report by the team, all eight suspects are between the age of 21 and 23.

 They were arrested after separate searches in their vehicles and homes, where cannabis from India as well as cocaine were found.

 Police say investigation into the incident continues.
