North Cyprus Chamber of Industry signs cooperation protocol with Kenya

The Turkish Republic of North Cyprus Chamber of Industry (KTSO) has signed a cooperation protocol with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
 
According to the statement made by the KTSO, the protocol was signed during the "Economic Cooperation conference between Turkey and Africa " organized by the Industrialist Business Women and Businessmen Confederation of Turkey (SANKON) in Ankara.
 
The protocol aims to develop cooperation between KTSO and Industry of Kenya and to promote trade between the two countries through bilateral trade delegations.
 
Within the framework of the conference, in which more than 40 African countries were represented at ministers, ambassadors, business people and economic organizations, level, the KTSO delegation conducted a fruitful negotiations with economic teams and companies from countries such as Morocco, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, Chad and South Sudan in order to market TRNC products to African countries.
 
As a result of the initiatives, a cooperation protocol was signed, including the development of cooperation between KTSO and the Industry of Kenya, and the development of trade between the two countries with mutually organized trade delegations.  

In this framework, the KTSO will send a trade delegation of the TRNC manufacturers and exporters to Kenya in 2018.
