ISIS celebrates deadly US hurricanes, claims they are 'soldiers of Allah'
Even if one's enemy is passing through the most difficult time of their life, mocking and celebrating their plight is evil and wicked.
In the wake of the hurricane Irma devastating parts of the US and the Caribbean in recent days, some warped Islamic State supporters have been taking to social media to praise the destruction.
According to the Mirror, ISIS has celebrated the recent hurricane disasters in the US claiming the deadly storms were 'sent by God'.
Islamic States mocked images of flooding in Houston, wrecked buildings in the Caribbean, and lines of traffic fleeing Florida.
One supporter described Hurricane Harvey as "another September 11th for America" while another posted an infographic detailing the enormous financial toll.
ISIS said the storm was a "soldier of Allah" and hoped for "wind like nothing they have ever seen".
Rita Katz, Director of SITE Intelligence Group, said one account even changed its name to 'Hurricane Irma', equating the damage caused with destruction in Mosul.
It comes as the National Weather Service in Key West issued a final and stark warning to residents in Florida which read: "This is as real as it gets. Nowhere will be safe."
The hurricane , the most powerful Atlantic storm ever recorded, has killed at least 19 people so far after battering islands in the Caribbean.
The storm could yet regain more strength and hit the Florida Keys as a Category 5 hurricane with sustained winds of 160 miles per hour.
The United States has experienced only three Category 5 storms since 1851, and Irma is far larger than the last one to hit the United States in 1992, Hurricane Andrew.
