Game Of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie are engaged

Where are the Game Of Thrones fans? Your favorite GOT stars Kit Harington A.K.A Jon Snow and his girlfriend Rose Leslie have announced their engagement. 

Their on-screen relationship may have had an unhappy ending, but in real life the love struck couple who have been dating on/off for five years recently moved in together and are getting hitched soon.

Both Harington and Leslie are 30 years old and, according to Harington, they fell in love while shooting the second season of the series in Iceland.

Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love," he told Vogue last year, when their relationship was made public.

If you're already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it's becomes very easy to fall in love," he added.

The engagement was announced in the Forthcoming Nuptials section of The Times newspaper.

Reactions on social media have been overwhelmingly positive, with fans praising Harington for "finally bending the knee" - in a reference to his character's reluctance to do so in the show.

I hope their real life relationship goes better than the TV one, said another.

They are yet to set a date but are thought to have told friends and family.
