Flood disaster: A Vice President in the US and a Vice President in Nigeria

The hurricane Irma disaster tearing through major cities in America and it's neighbours creating havoc and killing several people is a well documented incident in the recent time and also Nigeria is not left out of a similar situation with flood sweeping through several states in the country including Benue.
