2017-18 Champions League group stage draw

The draw for the group stage of the 2017-18 UEFA Champions League in Monaco is out and defending champions Real Madrid will face Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham in a difficult group. 

Barcelona will have the chance to get revenge for last season's Champions league defeat to Juventus as the pair were drawn together in the same group that also includes Olympiakos and Sporting CP.

After one season out of the tournament, Manchester United returned with a much a simpler task after being draw with Benfica, FC Basel and CSKA Moscow in Group A, while Manchester City will face Shakhtar Donetsk, Napoli and Feyenoord in in Group F.

Holders Real Madrid take on familiar foe in the Dortmund, as the pair meeting in Group H in a repeat of last year's draw. The other teams in group H includes Tottenham and Cypriots side, APOEL. 

Chelsea will take on Atletico Madrid, Qarabag and Roma in Group C.

There was good news for Liverpool, who were drawn alongside Spartak Moscow, Sevilla and Maribor.

Paris Saint-Germain, will face Bayern Munich in Group B, alongside Anderlecht and Celtic.

Group A: Benfica, Man United, FC Basel, CSKA Moscow.
Group B: Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Anderlecht, Celtic.
Group C: Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Roma, FK Qarabag.
Group D: Juventus, Barcelona, Olympiakos, Sporting CP.
Group E: Spartak Moscow, Sevilla, Liverpool, NK Maribor.
Group F: Shakhtar Donetsk, Man City, Napoli, Feyenoord.
Group G: Monaco, FC Porto, Besiktas, RB Leipzig.
Group H: Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, APOEL Nicosia.

The first group games will be played on the week of September 12-13.
