Paper Round: Chelsea make Renato Sanches offer

Bayern could send Renato Sanches on loan, Alexis Sanchez may be on strike, Manchester United have offered Ander Herrera a new deal, and PSG chase a Neymar deal.

Chelsea make Sanches loan move
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte enquired about Renato Sanches of Bayern Munich after the two sides met in a friendly. Conte in interested in taking the 19-year-old Portuguese international to the Premier League as he struggles to meaningfully add to his squad this summer. Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said: "Conte asked for some information about him after Tuesday's match because he knows he can make the difference in the middle of the pitch. We'll make our evaluations later but if he does leave then he almost certainly will go on loan."

Sanchez plans Arsenal strike
Arsenal are concerned that 28-year-old Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez is planning on going on strike to force through a move away from the Emirates. Sanchez posted a selfie claiming to be sick, and his representative says that his client is suffering from the 'flu. The forward is due to return to Arsenal training tomorrow, and the club are concerned he may not make an appearance.

United open contract talks with Herrera
Manchester United have started contract talks with midfielder Ander Herrera. Amid interest from Barcelona, United are going to offer a new deal to their 27-year-old vice captain. The Spain international is seen as integral to United's chances, and with no midfielder yet to be signed, United cannot risk letting him go. Herrera is keen to stay.

Di Maria offered as Neymar makeweight
Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to offer Angel Di Maria, Lucas Moura and Blaise Matuidi to the Spanish club in order to prevent Neymar from having to personally activate his release clause. The French club want to negotiate a deal with Barcelona to take the onus off Neymar, but the Catalans are as yet unwilling to negotiate over the 25-year-old Brazilian striker.
