Donald Trump blasted for sharing video of him beating up CNN
US president Donald Trump sure do know how to draw attention using his most powerful and trusted means of communication "Twitter," and this time he has been blasted for sharing an edited video of him beating up CNN in a wrestling match as the feud between him and CNN took a new turn
Sunday morning.
The 22-second clip shows Trump jumping onto and punching WWE CEO Vince McMahon -- but in the footage Trump shared, Trump replaced Mahon's face with a CNN logo.
The US president has never hidden his displeasure towards the media outlet after severally accusing them of being fake.
The original footage is from Trump's 2007 Wrestlemania 23 appearance
where he was on the receiving end of a Stone Cold stunner.
Others took the post more seriously with another user saying,
Singer John Legend retweeted the clip from the president and said simply "25th Amendment," a reference to the Constitutional amendment that allows for the president to be removed if the vice president and a majority of the cabinet tell Congress that he or she is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office."
