Janet Jackosn and husband amicaby co-parenting son

US pop star, Janet Jackson and her estranged Qatari businessman husband have managed to amicably co-parent their son Eissa who was born in January, just three months since the former couple separated. 


A family friend who spoke to People on Wednesday said;

'They are very disciplined and the baby is already on a strict schedule.'

'Janet really trusts Wissam and he trusts her. They have a strong friendship. There is no fighting between them.'

Wissam Al Mana, 42 last week penned a post-split message on his website where he described the 50-year-old pop diva 'the most beautiful person in the world.'
