The moment a dangerous snake photobombs little girl
Bianca Dickinson from Australia told The Age that she noticed something move while taking pictures of Molly in Wimmera, Victoria, on Wednesday, but thought it was a piece of bark flying off a nearby tree from the wind.
According to her, initially, she assumed it was a piece of bark flying off a nearby tree from the wind but upon closer look, she was horrified to realise the movement was an enormous Eastern brown snake, just centimetres from her daughter.
"Then I looked up out of the camera to see where the bark went and saw a big mother of a snake," she said. She quickly snatched her daughter away from danger and tragedy was averted and luckily, her daughter didn't seem to notice the imminent danger, during the photoshoot for Australian children-wear label, Twinkle Star Designs.
After arriving home, Bianca checked her camera and found the incredible photo, showing the massive brown snake just centimetres from her young daughter.
OH MY Golly....snakes are on the move!!! I was out taking a photo of my daughter for Jodie @twinklestardesigns and thought I saw something move! It's really windy here so I thought it was a bit of bark flying from the tree. Looked up to see this massive brown had just passed my two year old. I can't believe it didn't touch her!!! Once I was home I checked my camera and found this shot, she posted on facebook.
The Eastern brown is second most venomous snake in the world and is
responsible for most snakebite deaths in Australia.
