Real Madrid to face Bayern in Champions League quarterfinals, while Manchester United to face Anderlecht in Europa League quarterfinals

The just concluded quarter finals draws of the UEFA Champions League has pitted defending champions, Real Madrid with German giant Bayern Munich while another Spanish side, Barcelona will take on Italian champions Juventus, in a repeat of the 2015 Champions League final after recovering from a 4-0 defeat in the first leg, prior to their amazing 6-1 win at Camp Nou.


Premier League champions, Leicester City and the only English side remaining in the competition thanks to a surprise victory over Sevilla in the round of 16, will play Atletico Madrid.

While the final tie will see German side Borussia Dortmund play inform and free scoring French side, Monaco, who defeated Manchester City in the round of 16.

Meanwhile the Europa League quarterfinals draw sees English giant Manchester United face Belgian club Anderlecht.
Other fixture sees Spanish club, Celta Vigo play another other Belgian side in Genk, while two former winners of the UEFA Cup Ajax and Schalke faces each other.

The final game of the round, will see French side Lyon take on Turkish side Besiktas a tie that pited two sides that entered the tournament after finishing third in their Champions League groups.
