National Association of Nigerian Student, Turkish Zone, inauguration and handover ceremony

The new president-elect of the National Association of Nigerian Students, Turkish Zone, (NANSTrZone) Comrade Evidence Akhayere was on Saturday March 4^th sworn in as the new president of the Association in a handover ceremony at the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Famgusta.

Comrade Evidence, immediately took over the mantle of leadership from the outgoing president, Comrade Salim Hamza Ringim who handed to him the associations document and Secretariat banner.

Comrade Evidence in his maiden speech said the Association will be very active in the next one year, adding that his first executive order is to make all former presidents of the Association life members of the body.

The president also mentioned that the new administration will pay courtesy visits to all Universities Rectors in Cyprus and Turkey in the coming weeks to ensure that the welfare of all Nigerian students in their institutions are well taken care of and attended to.
