Nigerian comedian Basketmouth made history at the Wembley Arena

Popular Nigerian comedian, Basket mouth made history on Thursday February 16 as fans turned out in their numbers to watch and support Nigeria’s biggest comedy export at the SSE Arena Wembley London, making him the first and only African Comedian to Headline Wembley Arena.


Basketmouth thrilled the audience with a 1 hour 30min set doing what he knows how to do best by delivering an evening of uncensored and undiluted comedy, coupled with a few surprises for the audience, drawing a standing ovation from the entire arena.

Guest of honour at the event was the Mayor Of Brent and was accompanied by the MP of Brent; Dawn Butler, who confessed to being a huge Basketmouth fan.

The comedy show was the 10th edition of Lords Of The Ribs in the UK.
