Arnold Schwarzeneggern tells Donald Trump to switch job with him

Movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger has hit back at US president Donald Trump urging him to swap jobs with him and go back to reality TV so "people can finally sleep comfortably again" after Trump mocked him during a speech at the National Prayer Breakfast on Thursday.

The former governor of California was Trump's replacement as the host of popular reality TV gig; The Celebrity Apprentice in the US.

According to Trump, the show had been a "total disaster" since Schwarzenegger took over adding that the show's ratings have been down before calling on the audience to "pray for Arnold."

"They hired a big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place, and we know how that turned out," Trump said. "The ratings went right down the tubes. It's been a total disaster. And Mark will never, ever bet against Trump again, and I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings."

Schwarzenegger responded to Trump's comments in a Facebook video, saying:

"Hey Donald, I have a great idea - why don't we switch jobs?

"You take over TV, because you're such an expert in ratings, and I take over your job, and then people can finally sleep comfortably again, hmm?"
