He is gifted in transferring useful knowledge via training, motivation and inspiration on social, business, academic, leadership and religious platforms. His protégés are scattered across many nations including Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Cameroon, USA, South Korea, Morocco, Cyprus, China etc.

He has actively served in several leadership positions for over 15 years, both professionally and in voluntary organizations. He was a Senior Banking Officer (SBO) before he moved into the academia. He is married to Abisola Babatunde and they both have a Son.
