The above photo of a Kenyan doctor, Swabra Swaleh Breik with her child on her back performing a cesarean section to save a mother and her unborn baby has been trending on social media. 

Breik share the photo along with some touching words on her Facebook page on Friday December, 23. 

She also shared her frustration at the county for denying her, her entitlement and seems to have resigned from her job.
