Kayne West released from hospital after nine days

US rapper, Kanye West has been released from hospital after spending nine days at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles after police were called to reports of a disturbance involving the 39-year-old.

According to gossip site, TMZ, Kanye has been under the care of his wife Kim Kardashian and his personal physician, Dr Michael Farzam.

West was admitted at the hospital on November 21 after suffering from "temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration."

Before his admission, West had cancelled his Saint Pablo tour a day before following a series of on-stage outbursts.

He abruptly ended a concert after just four songs in Sacramento, California, before cancelling a performance in Los Angeles a day later, just hours before he was to perform on stage.

And in another show, he ranted out at Beyonce, Jay Z, Hillary Clinton and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and also angered concert goers after declaring that he was a Donald Trump supporter.
