Woman files law suit again Michael Jackson- reveals love note, accuses him of sexually assaulting her when she was 12
An unidentified woman in her early forties has filed a lawsuit accusing late king of pop Michael Jackson of sexually abusing her when she was just 12-years-old and then paid her $900,000 to remain silent.
The
woman, who has filed the lawsuit as in the name of 'Jane Doe', came forward with a
collection of love letters and cheques she claimed Jackson sent her after he had
'sexually abused' her.
The letters written in scribbling handwriting and signed off as either Michael or 'MJ' revealed that Jackson
allegedly told her that he loves her and is 'crazy' about her.
“Your Valentine’s picture was so original and sweet.
“I love you sooo much also you’re making me love you even more, the more I talk to you. I’m crazy about you,” all my love Michael, the Monopoly King, one of the letter reads.The woman claims Jackson started abusing her in 1986 when she and her mother went for a tour of Jackson's mock-Tudor Hayvenhurst mansion.
In another letter,Jackson allegedly wrote how much he liked talking to the girl adding that she “cannot play Monopoly”.
“But I love you and miss you very much”, he is said to have written, before signing off: “All my love, Michael.”Another letter claimed Jackson pleading with the girl to come and visit him again.
“Please come and see. Your mother and dad are nice. Bye. I love you soooooo much. M.J.”The woman also submitted a number of cheques and bank receipts her lawyer claim proves that Jackson tried to bribe her to remain silent.
According to TMZ, the woman claims she and her mother were invited into the house to see his candy area during their visit to Jackson's mansion.

The woman claimed that Jackson continued to abuse her until she was 15 when he began sending her money.
The
suit also claimed that Jackson began by sending her $2,500, and then continued with a
$600,000 check in 1993 and received more than $900,000 over three years, from 1993 to 1996.
According to the lawsuit, she is now suing the late star for unspecified damages for emotional distress, negligence and more.
