Iman can no longer walk by her self and needs help going to the toilet.
Iman Ahmad Abdulati has suffered from the condition since she was 11
According to El Arabiya, Iman was born weighing an astonishing five kilograms.
She was diagnosed with elephantiasis, a parasitic infection that causes extreme swelling in a person's limbs and arms.

According to relatives, medics have previously stated that her problem may have been caused by a fluid retention problem which meant that large amounts of extra water are being retained in her body.
