Shocking moment corpse of girl child saint who died 300 years ago suddenly opens her eyes
Mexico: The video below show the chilling moment the body of a little girl saint who died 300 years ago appears to suddenly open her eyes. The video was filmed by one of the tourists who were visiting the Cathedral of Guadalajara in Jalisco in
Mexico, where the preserved remains of Santa Inocencia (St Innocence)
are encased in a glass casket.
One of the tourist who was recording the tour of the building on his camera allegedly claims to have captured the moment she appears to open her eyes.
From the footage, the body of the girl which has been wax-treated for
preservation and whose face hasn't decayed in 300 years, appears like a
statue.
But as the camera zooms pans on her body, it focuses on the face before the dead girl appears to open her eyes.
Many you-tube viewers have described it as being a fake but others believe it may be a sign from God.
Many different stories about how the girl died has been written.
But the most popular version of the story says she was a Mexican girl named Inocencia (Innocence) who wanted to make her First Communion with her classmates but it was strongly forbidden by her father.
The locals took her body to the cathedral where she was laid to rest and became symbolic as a silent witness of a young girl’s deep love for Christ.
