Turkey withdraws it's ambassador to Austria

Turkey: Turkey has withdrawn its ambassador to Austria following a growing diplomatic spat. In a statement issued by Turkey's foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Monday, he confirmed that the country's ambassador was called back to Ankara for ``consultations.''
Ties between Turkey and Austria have been tense in the past few weeks, with a top Austrian official  stating that Turkey was heading toward a dictatorship as other leaders also called for an end to Turkey's European Union membership talks.

In turn, Turkey described Austria as the ``capital of radical racism.''
