Paul Pogba set to have medical at Manchester United confirms United

Man Utd: Manchester United have just released a statement that says: "Paul Pogba has been granted permission to have a medical in order to finalise his transfer from Juventus to Manchester United."


Juventus earlier confirmed to ESPN FC's Manchester United correspondent Arindam Rej that they had given Paul Pogba permission to have a medical at Manchester United.

Recall that Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri on Saturday said there was "no point" in talking about a replacement for the France international when he was asked about Pogba's future, adding that he would be back in training with the club on Monday.

Paul Pogba is expected to complete a record-breaking move from Juventus to United in a deal that will be worth more than £100m.
