Saada who was taken to a police station
near the Olympic Stadium and stripped of his Olympic competitor
status will miss
out of competing in the games following the allegations.
He expected to be transferred later on Friday
to a remand prison in the Polinter district of Rio de Janeiro where he will
be formally quized about the allegations.
According to a ruling by investigating judge Larissa Nunes
Saly, Saada will remain in custody for 15 days while police
investigate the allegations against him.
reports by Rio Police say Saada is
accused of attacking the two maids on Tuesday morning.
Police said he requested one of the
women to pose for a photograph with him and then asked her if she had a profile
on social media. He then pushed the woman up against
the wall and tried to kiss her claimed the police report.
Saada is also accused of sexually
assaulting the second woman by fondling her breasts, making sexually-graphic
gestures towards her and offered her money to perform a sex act on him.
Some of Saada's personal belongings have been seized by police investigator to aid their investigation.
Saada was scheduled to
fight in his first game on Saturday August 6 against Turkish competitor Mehmet
Nadaradade Unal.
