According to Quincy Police, a sister at the Daughters of Mary of Nazareth convent who was wearing civilian clothes and carrying a small bag was stopped by the couple on Phipps St, Massachusetts.

In a report by WCVB, one of the women identified as Vanessa Young, 26, allegedly approached the nun with a knife and attempted to snatch the satchel.
When the nun told her she didn’t have any money, Vanessa Young allegedly replied;
“I’m not going to hurt you.”
