Chris Brown's ex Nia Guzman denied full custody of their daughter

Celebrities: Chris Brown's baby mama Nia Guzman, 33 have been denied full custody of their child after long court battle. Guzman has also been ordered by the Californian judge to pay back Chris, the attorney fees he gave her.

According to reports by TMZ, insiders close to the 27-year-old star disclosed that every request concerning the custody of their daughter Royalty Brown, was struck out by the judge.

TMZ also said Guzman was reportedly seeking for full custody of Royalty as well as having Chris’ visits monitored, deny his mother the right to see the child and to also have Chris submit to drug tests.

TMZ said in-spite of Guzman's efforts, all her requests were denied by the judge. Although the judge maintained joint custody for the ex-couple as Chris will continue to have their daughter for 12 days a month.

Apart from issues regarding their daughter, Guzman had previously filed for a legal documents for a change in custody when the judge ordered Chris to pay her $20,000 to afford a lawyer for the case.

But since Guzman were denied all requests, the judge insisted that she was no longer entitled to the money giving Chris a credit.
